• Pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections: a mobile, in-person service in Mallorca. Services elsewhere in the Balearic Islands are subject to a quotation in advance.
• PDF Self-Inspection Guide (digital content).

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Travel outside Mallorca is quoted in advance and communicated to the customer before purchase.

Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or Bizum through BBVA’s secure payment gateway (Redsys). MCM Car Review does not store or have access to your card details. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive confirmation by email.

No physical products are shipped.

• PDF Self-Inspection Guide: available for immediate download in the customer area once payment is confirmed.
• In-person inspection: carried out at the booked date and time, at the vehicle’s location. The report is delivered within a maximum of 48 hours in the customer area.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge, with a full refund, until the technician sets off. We will notify you by WhatsApp or email when they leave for the appointment.

Once the technician has set off, €60 will be retained to cover travel costs and the remainder of the amount paid will be refunded. This applies both if you cancel while the technician is on the way and if, on arrival, the inspection cannot be carried out for reasons beyond MCM Car Review’s control (the vehicle is unavailable or has been sold, or the seller fails to attend or refuses to allow the inspection). Outside Mallorca, the travel supplement stated in the quote will be retained.

If MCM Car Review cancels the appointment, you can choose between a full refund and a new appointment.

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under Articles 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. To exercise this right, send an email to info@mcmcarreview.com stating your name, the service purchased, the purchase date and your wish to withdraw from the contract.

Exceptions set out in Article 103 of the same legislation:

• Services (in-person inspection): the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed with your express consent.
• Digital content (PDF self-inspection guide): you lose your right of withdrawal once downloading or delivery begins with your express consent.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (card or Bizum) within a maximum of 14 calendar days of cancellation or withdrawal.

The inspection includes visual, driving and electronic checks, without dismantling components, and reflects the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection. It does not constitute a warranty on the vehicle. Full details are available in the Legal notice .

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
